Kenneth W. Edwards began his career as a real estate salesman after a distinguished career in the U.S. Air Force. During his sales career, he closed over one million dollars in transactions each year and was the leading dollar-volume agent in his firm, an affiliate of a national franchise. Dr. Edwards is now a real estate consultant and author whose articles have appeared in REAL ESTATE TODAY as well as other publications. He is a graduate of the Real Estate Educators Association and the National Association of Realtors. He holds a doctorate in education from the University of California at Berkeley.
