VIRTUAL SPACE III proudly presents all the winners and outstanding projects of the Graphisoft Prize from 1996-1998. The book shows how students and professionals alike have exploited computer techniques when undertaking computer simulation.
VIRTUAL SPACE III features creative and imaginary projects based on the brief given by Graphisoft. Graphisoft used history and culture as common reference points and invited competitors to use Archicad to generate ideas in a computer-based "virtual reality".

1998 - The Ballroom of the Devil from Bulgakov's novel Master and Margarita;
- The opera "Bluebeard's Castle," by Bart based on the tale by Charles Perrault;
- Faust's house and laboratory from Johann Wolfgang Goethe's Faust;
- "Heartbreak Hotel" by Elvis Presley;
- "Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zeppelin
