BUSINESS
OBJECTIVES
Business Objectives is a course for managers and students of
business who have reached a lower intermediate level of English.
Based on a carefully-constructed grammatical syllabus, the sixteen
units also tackle the key functional areas of business interaction,
such as telephoning, meetings, socializing, presentations, and project
briefings. While offering opportunities to practise all four language
skills, the exercises in Business Objectives focus particularly on
those listening and speaking skills most needed by business people.
Business Objectives gives students the chance to do both controlled
grammar practice and challenging role-play activities, and to relate the
language used to their own work experience. Other features include:
business authenticity ensured by use of authentic materials
from real companies
