The great debate about the theory of evolution has waxed strong for more than a century. This book unfolds the history of the controversies, and introduces the personalities involved. The text and the striking photogi aphs help the non-specialist reader to see how this scientific theory has radically changed the way we understand our world. Vemon Blackmore, MSc MTh, has researched the Huxley family, protagonists of evolution, and is interested to define the distinct yet complementary roles of science and faith. He is now an editor with Lion Publishing.
