This book is for managers (and potential managers) who want a clear introduction to the essentials of business finance. The author assumes that the reader has no financial background and develops each stage of understanding from the primary propositions:
Firstly - if it were my money, where would I get it from and in which areas would I invest it?
Secondly — how would I measure, progress and control business success in financial terms?

The book is written in a clear and jargon-free style with practical examples used throughout. It is based on an approach to the subject that has been used successfully... Tovább
