Sant Mat, the Teachings of the Saints, is a scientific mystic philosophy. It is the oldest teaching in the world and yet still the newest.
Some years ago a great modern Saint, Baba Sawan Singh Ji Maharaj of Beas, India, wrote that "many people like to read and talk about philosophy, but few care to put it into practice."
These are simple words, but a great challenge.
The author and his wife recently spent eight months at Beas studying Sant Mat under a living Master, every minute of which was alchemic, in that it altered and corrected the values and perspective of life in a way almost unbelievable except by actual experience.
