THE MAGICIAN WHO LIVED ON THE MOUNTAIN
Once upon a time there were three Magicians—the Magician Who Lived in the Valley, the Magician Who Lived in the Sky, and the Magician Who Lived on the Mountain.
The magicians who lived in the sky and in the valley led busy lives, caring for the birds and all the other animals. But the Magician Who Lived on the Mountain had nothing to do and was bored. So he turned himself into a giant and started to paint the whole world different colors with disastrous results!
MARION GREEN
Marion Green lives in Croydon and has three grown-up children. She has written articles and short stories for many years and has given radio talks. Her first children's books—T/je Chimmelies of Cookson's Mill, and two books based on the BBC series Roobarb—were published by Hodder and Stoughton in 1975.
JOHN DYKE
