In the EEC, a comprehensive legal system has been developed - known as European law or Community law - , to govern this integration. The present work is the first comprehensive critical analysis of this legal system as seen from an approach stemming from socialist legal thinking. One ofthe principal purposes of the book is to convey ínformation which has been subjected to a careful analysis as well as to put forward ideas to those concerned with foreign trade, its regulation,and theconditions to be reckoned with in the Common Markét.
