Daniel S. Kirschenbaum, PhD, is the clinical director of the Healthy Living Academies Division of Aspen Education Group (healthylivingacademies.com). He is also professor of psychiatry at Northwestern University Medical School. Dr Kirschenbaum is a fellow and former president of the Division of Exercise and Sport Psychology of the American Psychological Association. He has received numerous federal grants and published 120 articles in scientific journals. Dr. Kirschenbaum's last book, The 9 Truths About Weight Loss, was unanimously endorsed as "the best book ever written for the public on how to lose weight and keep it off" by the Board of Directors of the American Coimcil on Exercise.
