He has worked as a broadcaster for the BBC and writes regularly for Practical Householder.
DAVID HOLLOWAY is a consultant specializing in do-it-yourself and home improvements. He contributes regularly to Practical Householder and was Editor for Handyman Which? He has edited and written several books, contributed to numerous magazines and made radio appearances.
MIKE LAWRENCE has been writing about home improvements for many years, contributing to all the major magazines in the field. He has written or contributed to over 40 books, edited three major do-it-yourself partwork series and appeared on numerous radio phone-in programmes as a DIY expert.
JOHN MCGOWAN is Editor of the magazine Practical Householder. He has previously edited the magazine Do It Yourself and is an author of numerous do-it-yourself books.
