In different parts of London, three recruits prepare for their first day
at the Metropolitan Police's training centre at Hendon. Oxford grad-
uate Jamie Fullerton, streetwise West Indian 'Bunny7 Warren and
blonde, beautiful Tina Leigh are looking forward to a new start in
life. All three have secrets in their past which they are keen to put
behind them.
But Assistant Commissioner Peter Latham has other plans for the
three new recruits. They are to join a team of undercover detectives,
a secret unit involved in the long-term penetration of criminal gangs.
