Prior to attending a series of free mediation classes being offered by Sri Chinmoy's students, I had never considered myself to be a spiritual person. I had no awareness of meditation or the special relationship that develops between the spiritual teacher and the seeker. It would require many, many chapters to fully express the extent of the overall changes that have, and are, occurring in my life since becoming a student of Sri Chinmoy's 11 years ago.
Many things have touched my heart but, in particular, that a few simple words, through their simplicity and wisdom, can offer such a depth of insight. These aphorisms are life transforming and a constant source of delight and inspiration. May each in its own unique way inspire you to pause and reflect, to search for life's higher meaning and purpose, bringing you fullness, richness and happiness in life.
