Bill Holm, curator emeritus of Northwest Coast Indian art at the Burke Museum and affiliate professor of art history at the University of Washington, is the author of the classic Northwest Coast Indian Art: An Analysis of Form, first published in 1965. Eduardo Calderón is an artist and a professional photographer of art and architecture whose work has appeared in numerous books, periodicals, and exhibits.
