His publications include Atlas of Psychiatric Pharmacotherapy (1999) and Anxiety Disorders: An Introduction to Clinical Management and Research (2001). He is the editor of the Journal of Psychopharmacology. Kari Rickels md is the Stuart and Eniily BH Mudd Professor and Chief of the Mood and Anxiety Disorders Section at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, Philadelphia, USA. His publications include Methodology of the Evaluation of Psychotropic Drugs (1990) and Rational and Appropriate Prescribing of the Benzodiazepines (2001). He is a co-editor of P/i armaco psych iatry. Dan J Stein md PhD is Director of the MRC Unit on Anxiety Disorders at the University of Stellenbosch, Cape Town, South Africa and Research Associate Professor at the University of Gainesville, Florida, USA.
