Attention is focused on the fundamental problems of mentái disorders and their pharmacotherapy (from biochemical, phy-siological and pharmacological aspects) and on the clinical effect of psychotropic drugs and their objective determination. Problems of sexual disorders are discussed from the basic research position as well as the therapeutical approaches. Psychopharmacology of cannabis and marihuana, their interaction with alcohol and the influence on the humán performance is another topic mentioned in the last part of the book.
