Yigal Lossin is a senior producer at Israel Television. After studying Hebrew Literature and Philosophy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem he began working in 1960 at Israel Radiö as journalist and writer of documentary programs. Between 1968-1972 he was U.S. correspondent and head of the New Vork office of Israel Radio and Television. Upon his return to Jerusalem in 1972 he was appointed director of the department of documentary films at Israel Television. In the years 1976-1981 he wrote and produced "Pillar of Fire," the highly-acclaimed television history of Israel's rebirth.
