About the photographers:
Travel photographers Dallas and John Heaton are well known for their destination shots from all over the world. Identical twins born in Melbourne, Australia, they gave up their careers in mathematics and computer science some eight years ago to develop their own photography business. Since then they have gained a reputation for high-quality travel photography which is marketed worldwide through photo agencies. Their work appears in advertising campaigns, international magazines and tourist publications.
About the author:
Paul Raffaele has been writing on Australian and Asian affairs for the past 24 years. As a staff reporter and bureau chief for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation he has been based in Sydney, Beijing and Bangkok. He has also worked in Tokyo and Hong Kong and his articles and photographs have appeared in many of the world's leading newspapers and magazines. He is presently based in Sydney travelling Australia for Reader's Digest, Australian Geographic and other international publications.
