It is an area of unrivaled grandeur yet must often rely on support front people outside its hoimdaries to maintain that grandciir. For some, the area has produced unlimited wealth, but for most it has spawned great expectations and delivered on Jew. The West has limited physical capabilities, yet it is one of the fastest growing areas in the United States. And, because of its unique history, it is as much a state of mind as it is a piece of topography.
