1982-83 Edition In view of the 1981-82 edition going outof-print in a record period of 48 days, the Publishers have the proud privilege to present new 1982-83 edition to the patrons and the readers at large. This has once again established the popularity of the annual volume at home and abroad. The new 1982-83 edition is a revised and enlarged volume inasmuch as, apart from including a feature on IX ASIAD '82 held in Delhi, a new chapter on the current developments in India's Defence has been added and the appointments of leaders of Defence together with their bio-data have been updated.
