About the Author
Joseph Krallinger, CPA, is a businessman, investor, professional director and financial consultant to a number of businesses with operations worldwide. Mr. Krallinger has located and negotiated the acquisitions and sales of over 35 corporations in the U.S. and abroad and several joint ventures in Asia. He is the former chief financial officer and vice president of the Berwind Corporation, and was partner in charge of the Audit Division of Arthur Andersen & Co., Philadelphia, PA. Joseph Krallinger is an accomplished seminar speaker and is the author of Strategic Planning Workbook, 2nd Ed.
