MANUAL FOR EVALUATION OF INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS The aim of project evaluation is to determine whether a project is acceptable and, if it is, whether it is the best alternative. Provided here is an operational, step-by-step methodology for industrial project evaluation which developing countries can use as an integrál part of their overall industrial planning.
