Attorney Daniel J. deBenedictis has been a college law teacher and law school professor. Currently he is specializing in the practice of real estate law. He also operates a large and active real estate brokerage business which keeps him in daily contact with the practical application of the Taws that affect every homeowner and tenant.
Mr. deBenedictis teaches real estate courses at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for buyers, sellers, brokers, and appraisers.
