About the Author
Angela Phelan is a consultant on dining and catering for major corporations as well as for private clients. Phelan has been the proprietor of a restaurant and a catering company, and has served as a consultant on kitchen design for several important construction projects, including South Street Seaport in New York City and Union Station in Washington, D.C. Phelan currently offers classes on the provincial cooking of Italy, France, and the United States.
