Journey of Hope chronicles Ramon's journey from air force pilot and military hero to his days as an astronaut. It includes never-before-told details of Ramon's participation in the daring 1981 Israeli bombing of the Iraqi nuclear reactor, behind-the-scenes stories of his training as a NASA astronaut, and poignant details about his family and friends. It also contains a dramatic, minute-by-minute account of the moments before and after the flight's tragic ending.
