Since its dedication in 1982 the Vietnam Veterans Memóriái in Washington, D.C., has generated an outpouring of emotion with an impact unlike that of any other monu-ment in America
It quickly became the most-attended monument in our Nation's Capital and today,

Many of these writings were originally solicited for the lOth Anniversary observance. Others were unsolicited and collected at random. There are presidents, cabinet members, military officers, elected officials — and mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers, sons and daughters of those whose names appear on the Wall, and still other Americans to whom those names have come to mean something.
Somé of the names you will see will be instantly famil-iar, others will be unrecognizable, but all were touched by the Vietnam Veterans Memória! — The Wall.
You will be, too. Vissza
