THE UNITED KINGDOM IN 1980
This important and independent report, based on exhaustive research by Hudson Europe, investigates the real questions and hard facts about the future of the United Kingdom.
Where, for instance, will this country rank in 1980 in terms of wealth, investment, education, productivity, social services and standards of living?

Hudson Europe is a non profit-making multinational and multidisciplinary research group with its headquarters in Paris. It undertakes studies of economic development and political and social issues for governments, public bodies and the business community. In 1973 it published L'Envol de la France (France and its Future 1973-85) which resulted from a report commissioned by the French Prime Minister's office. In the autumn of 1974 it completed a study on the future of Paris for the Office of the Pari3 Prefect. It conducts an on-going programme dealing with economic, political and cultural questions for the five to ten year future for a group of European and European-based business corporations and public authorities.
