PROCEEDINGS 1994 SIETAR EURÓPA SYMPOSIUM SIETAR EURÓPA (The International Society for Intercultural Education,Training and Research) is an interdisciplinary, Professional and service organisation whose purpose is to implement and promote cooperative interaction among peoples of diverse cultures, races and ethnic groups. Its objective is to encourage the development and application of knowledge, values and skills which enable effective intercultural, inter-racial and inter-ethnic actions at individual, group, organisation and community levels. The 1994 SIETAR Európa symposium 'Europe on the Move: Fusion or Fission?1 was held 11-13 March in Jyváskylá, Finland.
