H. Kim Lew has been a writer, course developer, marketing manager, and
editorial columnist in the internetworking business for nearly ten years.
Since 1990, he has worked at Cisco Systems as a writer, multimedia
course developer, and manager. Currently, he is the Program Manager for
Cisco Press.
Steve Spanier has written about, developed courses for, and consulted to
the networking industry for more than a decade. Before joining Cisco in
1993, he was the President of NeTrends, Inc. and held management and
technical marketing positions at Infonetics and Excelan. Currently, he is
the Director of Knowledge Products at Cisco Systems.
Tim Stevenson is a writer, course developer, and web technology specialist
in Cisco Systems Knowledge Products organization. While at Cisco, he
has developed router troubleshooting and technology-oriented material
and is one of the department's key web technology experts.
