BRINTON TURKLE first determined to be an actor and studied at the Carnegie Institute of Technology until he decided to try his hand as an artist. After working in advertising in Chicago, Mr. Turkle moved to the southwest and there began his work in book illustration. Now living in New York, Mr. Turkle continues to pursue his interest in the theater and designs sets for off-Broadway groups whenever possible.
