The book consists of three parts, the first contains a detailed description of the methods; the second lists the bone series examined at different archaeological sites and evaluates the blood typing results on individual and ethnic levels. In the third part the author has attempted to define his attitude concerning the biological importance of blood group properties, their tendency of generation changes and the differences in their ethnic distribution.
