This is a new, revised edition of English for Cambridge First Certificate. The Coursé is for students with a good — intermediate knowledge of English and concentrates on teaching rather than testing. The emphasis throughout the book is on systematically developing the student's, ability to handle the examination-type questions found in the last five of the twenty chapters in the book. Word building is approached in a structured way, as are the problems of answering multiple-choice questions. The book will also be of great value for non-examination students at this level.
