The purpose of this CPA Review study bool< is to help YOU prepare to pass the Business Law section of the CPA examination. The overriding consideration is an inexpensive, effective, ana easy-to-use study program. This study book
1. Explains how to optimize your grade by focusing on the Business Law section of the
CPA exam.
2. Defines the subject matter tested on the Business Law section of the CPA exam.
3. Outlines all of the subject matter tested on the Business Law section in 19 easy-to-use
study units.
4. Presents multiple-choice questions from recent CPA examinations to prepare you for
business law questions in future CPA exams. Our answer explanations are presented to the immediate right of each question for your convenience.

5. Provides selected OOP (other objective format) questions on which you can practice
your question answering technique. Although you should rely on multiple-choice questions to test your knowledge and help you study, you should practice answering business law OOP questions to perfect your question answering technique.
6. Includes selected essay questions for you to practice answering. Like OOP questions,
essay questions are less efficient for studying and knowledge testing than multiple-choice questions. However, you must practice answering selected essay questions until you have perfected your question answering technique as it applies to business law essay questions.
This is the 1994-1995 Edition of CPA Review for the revised CPA exam format effective with the May 1994 examination. It reflects relevant authoritative ethics pronouncements (see Study Unit 1) through December 1, 1993.
