The póficy exercise simulated the dvnamics of the initial phases of direct negotiations between Israelis and Svrians. What transpired quite'c|ösely mirrored the actual negotiations that took place over the next eleven months as part of the Middle East peace process.
This volume presents a detailed description of that exercise; which involved several former high-ranking U.S. and foreign officials.
