Willem Mastenbroek is one of the founders of the Holland Consulting Group in Amsterdam. His activities concentrate on organizational innovation and the development of continuous improvement management. He is professor of organizational culture and communication at the Free University in Amsterdam. Dr Mastenbroek is the author of six books and more than one hundred journal v articles.
