GORDON WILLIAMSON was born in 1957 and currently works for the Scottish Land Register. He spent seven years with the Military Police TA and has published a number of books and articles on the decorations of the Third Reich and their winners. He is alsó the author of Men-at-Arms 213 'Germán Military Police Units 1939-45this is his first book in the Osprey Elité series. RON VOLSTAD is one of the world's most respected military illustrators and has contributed to a large number of Osprey titles including the superb 'US Army Airborne 1940-90'.
