The Income Approach to Property Valuation, now in its third edition, has proved to be one of the most useful textbooks in the field of property valuation. The book contains sufficient explanatory text for it to be read in its own right and provides more than just supplementary material. It will prove invaluable to the student who wishes to study, or revise, investment valuation for the Royal Institution» of Chartered Surveyors, the College of Estate Management, or other degree and diploma examinations. It will also be of interest to practitioners and students in the fields of investment analysis, accounting, law and planning.
