Henry Kyemba, former Minister in the Amin governrTieni (1972-1977), Vice President, the World Health Organization, and Chairman of the African Health Ministers, has known Idi Amin for 20 years. Born in 1939, son of a chief of the Busoga tribe, Kyemba is a graduate of Makerere University. From 1969 to 1971 he was principal private secretary to Uganda's President Dr. Milton Obote.
He fled Uganda in May 1977.
