About the book
The Psychotropic Drug Directory has been published annually since 1993 with over 300,000 copies sold world-wide. It aims to provide for professional practising clinicians a source of rapidly accessible information, advice and references on psychiatric drugs and to act as an Aide Memoire. It is designed to be a handy companion to the British National Formulary and to provide an extensive body of information, allowing problems to be solved confidently, on the spot. The topics are arranged in a problem-orientated manner and cover common areas of interest where information is not always readily available. Over 4500 references are included for rapid identification of key papers for further research. Doses, cautions etc are not included in depth as these can be found in detail in other standard texts.
